Run a live quiz they'll remember.
One event or a whole year. You choose.
Players join on their phones in seconds. No app, no accounts, nothing to install. Built for the moment all 500 phones hit “Join” at once.
Phones answer. The big screen performs.
Actual product screens from a live session, 28 players in the room.
Build it, or let AI write it
Pick a topic and get ten questions in seconds, ordered easy to hard. Change any word, or write your own instead.
Players join with a PIN
Phone, PIN, nickname. That's the whole onboarding.
Play it on the big screen
Projector shows the show, phones do the answering.
Three ways to run
the room.
Pick one when you build the quiz. Players join the same way for all three.
For the energy
Points, streaks and a leaderboard on the big screen. The part that wakes a room after lunch and gives you a winner to applaud.
For the nerve
A wrong answer costs a life. Run out of lives and you are out, while the big screen counts down the players still standing. It ends when one is left.
For the truth
No points, no right answer. Questions go up on the screen and the bars fill in live as people vote. Answers are anonymous, and you decide whether the room sees the results or only you.
All three are included in every plan.
One event or a whole year.
Pay when you host.

Questions people actually ask
Short answers, no fine print. If yours isn't here, you'll get a reply from a human within a day.
Ask us directlyDo players need an app or an account?
No. Any phone browser: open eventquiz.app, type the PIN and a nickname, you're in. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
How many players can really join?
Our stress test: 1,000 players answering at once with zero dropped answers, and updates reaching phones in about a fifth of a second (204 ms median). In a game where every question runs for 20 seconds, that delay is invisible. 1,000 is as far as we've measured, not a hard limit, and we never lock a player out of a running event. If a player cap stopped you somewhere else, we wrote down where those caps actually are.
When do my 72 hours start, and how many sessions do I get?
The clock starts with your first live session, not when you buy. Purchase on Tuesday, run your event on Saturday: the pass sits ready until showtime. Inside the window there is no limit on sessions, so a morning workshop and an afternoon one both fit on one pass. When it closes, your quizzes and results stay in your account forever; only starting a new live session needs a new pass.
Do I have to write all the questions myself?
No. Pick one of eight topics and ten questions arrive in a few seconds, ordered easy to hard, and you can replace any single one you don't like. Every word stays editable, and you can ignore the generator and write your own. Included in both plans.
Is it always a straight quiz?
No, there are three modes and you pick one when you build the quiz. Quiz is points, streaks and a leaderboard. Survivor takes a life for every wrong answer and knocks you out when they run out, while the big screen counts down the players still standing until one is left. Survey has no points and no right answers: the bars fill in live as people vote, answers are anonymous, and you choose whether the room sees the results or only you. All three are included in every plan.
What data do players hand over?
A nickname. That's the default, and the public recap page shows nicknames and scores only. Hosts can switch on extra fields when the event needs a report.
What if my event falls through?
Full refund, no questions asked. A pass should only cost you something if your event happened.
