Refund Policy

Events get cancelled, plans change. We keep refunds simple.

Event Pass

• Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, whether or not you started a session.
• If the service failed during your event because of a fault on our side, we refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Annual plan

• Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days the plan is non-refundable for the current term, but you can keep using it until it expires. It does not auto-renew without your action.

Trials and pilots

Trial and pilot accounts are free, so there is nothing to refund. If you upgrade from a trial, the rules above apply from the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email support@eventquiz.app from the address you used at checkout, with the Paddle order number if you have it. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Fair use

The no-questions promise exists for honest customers. We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund cycles that pattern as using the service for free.
